BY PAYING YOUR BILL BY THE 15TH BY 5 PM, YOU CAN SAVE MONEY!!
WATER BILLS ARE SENT ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND DUE BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH BY 5 PM.
THE “YELLOW” PAST DUE NOTICES INCLUDE A 10% LATE FEE AND ARE SENT ON THE 16TH OF EACH MONTH.
ON THE 26TH OF EACH MONTH, IF UNPAID, WATER SERVICE WILL BE DISCONNECTED!!! AT THIS TIME THERE WILL BE A “RECONNECT” FEE OF $35.
***PLEASE NOTE: THE “RECONNECT” FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE 10% LATE FEE AND INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL BILLED AMOUNT.
***SHOULD WATER CUSTOMERS REQUEST THE WATER BE RECONNECTED AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $35.
